Recruitment process
Application
It all starts with your application. You can apply for one of our open positions or send us an open application. We communicate to all our applicants whether they proceed in the recruitment process or not.
The first interview
Well, we wouldn’t call it an interview. It is mostly getting to know each other in a relaxed atmosphere. It is important to us that you know the company, team and role and feel comfortable stepping into the next chapter of your life. It is all about reciprocity.
Technical test
The second step is a technical test. This part is for those who are applying for our developer positions. You can choose the programming language, and after the test, we will go through the solutions you made. We might ask for a portfolio as well.
The final meeting
Together we will discuss the offer and make it the most suitable for you.
