We are looking for a Senior Software Testing Engineer to strengthen our product testing and development team. You will be working with our great development and testing team, co-working with all the other development teams designing our world-class Q marine infotainment displays and international integration ecosystem. We hope that you´re a hacker and enjoy finding bugs, exploring solutions and improving our products. We want to continuously develop our testing capabilities and search for solutions to automate the work. Utilizing AI and other automated solutions for this is one of our key targets but real-world testing of new and regressively old features on our test boat is as important.

In Finland we are known for our white-label displays that equip Buster, Yamarin, Cross and Askeladden boats to name a few. AS A SENIOR TESTING ENGINEER, YOU
• Have a solid understanding of QA principles and practices
• Have a good understanding of different testing techniques and methodologies
• Have experience with Linux OS platforms.
• Have a solid understanding of test automation.
• Participate in the whole process from ideas, design, implementation to a final product
• Take part in developing our expertise in verified software deliveries further
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, build test setups in the office and/or at customer facilities or if needed build testing setups on our test boat together with colleagues
• Comprehensive experience and understanding system design and how the different components affect the entity
• Understanding of modern SW testing tools and methods
• Good communication skills, English skill required
• A solution-oriented attitude and a team player with a sense of responsibility
• Ability to share own design thoughts and review other colleague’s designs
